Elite Travel

We chose Elite because of their experience in international travel. We had arrived in a middle eastern country, and while at the airport, the rental car company (one of the majors) told us that although they had our reservation, they didn't have a car in our class for us. So they offered us a smaller car (one that would not fit our family). I immediately called overseas to Elite with my cell phone. I spoke with Nurit and after explaining my situation, she had me give the phone to the rental car's office manager at the airport. Not sure what she said or how she did it, but after the call, the rental car company pulled up a new mini-van which was probably 3 or 4 classes higher than we paid. And they charged us only the price on the reservation. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thanks to Elite Travel and Nurit in making what could have been a very troubling trip become a fantastic turn of events. You MUST use Elite Travel if you ever travel internationally! more

Aside from the good prices and the fact that they sent me 1/2 their commission back from the hotel they booked me at once my trip was over, they helped with any issue I had. Whenever I had questions and changes, they were courteous, helpful, and never gave me any issues or charged me extra from small things. Unlike most other agents, Elite seems to actually care that things go smoothly instead of just making the sale. more

I had the misfortune of being referred to "Gabbi" and his wife, the duo that operate this business. My family had done over 8 thousand dollars of business with "Elite Travel" because my nephew is having a Bar Mitzvah in Israel. ET overcharged, lied, insulted and cursed me on the phone when I asked them about a charge that I did not understand. It goes without saying that I will never do business with them ever again. The important thing is that YOU do not do business with them. They will bring you nothing but torture. more
