Called because of a concern that I had about the matting of my bedroom carpet (1 week old). Owner said there isn't anything wrong with the carpet, and would not send anyone out to look at it. In a loud tone of voice, the owner also said that the carpeting was a good quality carpet and never had any complaints before, and recommended that I come back and purchase a rake for $12 to help with the matting, and hung up the phone. The reason that I purchased the carpeting from Sullivan's Carpet was because of the store being family owned, and that customer service was promised at time of purchase.
