I found the service rude, and, ultimately, they did not fix my lawn mower. One of the employees, in a torn-up t-shirt, stuck their middle finger up at me when I told them that my lawn mower wasn't working, and the whole thing was frustrating and expensive. After multiple follow up visits, I finally gave up and bought a new mower, but not until after they'd happily charged me $200 for all the repairs. Oh, and there was a 4-week waiting period to get my mower back. I can think of NO reason that I'd ever go back there for anything. more
