I found the service rude, and, ultimately, they did not fix my lawn mower. One of the employees, in a torn-up t-shirt, stuck their middle finger up at me when I told them that my lawn mower wasn't working, and the whole thing was frustrating and expensive. After multiple follow up visits, I finally gave up and bought a new mower, but not until after they'd happily charged me $200 for all the repairs. Oh, and there was a 4-week waiting period to get my mower back. I can think of NO reason that I'd ever go back there for anything. more

Recently purchased a riding Toro lawnmower that developed a leak in the rear transfer case and the parts were on order for 6 weeks. After 2 phone calls to locate the parts at another supplier I hadthe machine returned and fixed it myself. The excuse of short staff and over 500 machines to be repaired along with the lousy procurement policy on parts confirms I will never deal with them again! more
