Good: My stylist is friendly, and funny. She can be a little pushy at times with soliciting products and other services but hey thats her business. The salon itself is large, cold, and modern. Once you get past that it is a nice place. They have an excellent wig selection if you can afford that kind of luxury.. Bad: The owner is a bit rough around the edges however, if you talk to him he can be very funny and he is very educated about the business! I dont necessarily think all of the employees are NY trained, but they seem to know enough about the industry to create satisfied customers.. Improvements: I would like to see more sincerity in the employees and owner. Definately not a cozy homey feeling, but it depends on what you are looking for in a salon. They have alot of services to offer and the upscale atmosphere can use a little warming up..
