Called to schedule a repair on my BMW. Got an appointment for the following week when I was back in town. Took my car in only to be asked what I was bringing it for. They then told me they didn't have the part in stock and would have to order it. Why did I bother calling in the first place? So much wasted time and effort. What a hassle. They then gave my insurance company a low estimate and got a bill for a larger amount. Their explanation was the insurance company didn't want the cost of installation materials included... just parts and labor. Give me a break. I wasn't born yesterday. Too bad we have no other choice for BMW service in Knoxville, TN. more
