mini power 1/6/2012

I have put on 525 miles so far with 78 miles left to go on my FIRST tank. I am averaging 43.4 mpg on this tank. I love this mini! Patrick Winter has been fantastic following up with me after the sale as well. more

Stay away you will get ripped off 8/5/2011

Good: What i thought was agood car.. Bad: The salesperson was deceptive. took picture of right side and the left have damage. took picture of one part of the roof when the rest have damage. They knew it but that is just how sleezy they are. To top it off, no return call once money is received and before that , they acted like i did not have the money cause it did not get there in 10 minutes. I bought the car cash, let's see which one of their scummy sales pepople got $50000 sitting in the bank for car purchase???. Improvements: fired the entire staff, dishonest sales people. non responsive manager, bookeeper that is ignorant and office staff on valium..you name it they got it. I guess BMW jsut can't find anyone else to sell their car and got stuck with this team of idiots. Make that arrogant idiots.. more

The staff at Grayson is a bunch of crooks who I wouldn’t do business with if they were the last car dealership on Earth. Purchase out of ATL if you want a good deal on a BMW! Do not do business with Steve Swaggerty, Jim Wester, or Steve Graham! You will regret it. more

Disorganized 10/19/2009

Called to schedule a repair on my BMW. Got an appointment for the following week when I was back in town. Took my car in only to be asked what I was bringing it for. They then told me they didn't have the part in stock and would have to order it. Why did I bother calling in the first place? So much wasted time and effort. What a hassle. They then gave my insurance company a low estimate and got a bill for a larger amount. Their explanation was the insurance company didn't want the cost of installation materials included... just parts and labor. Give me a break. I wasn't born yesterday. Too bad we have no other choice for BMW service in Knoxville, TN. more

Great to deal with. 8/18/2005

When we decided to look for a new car, we went to several different dealerships before we decided on a BMW. The location is beautifully designed and has been kept looking nice. The salesman was not pushy and talked to us like we were people instead of another sale. We made several trips to the lot before we made a purchase was were treated respectfully each time. There are also added bonuses once a purchase has been made. The waiting room has free drinks and snacks, they provide you with a free BMW to drive whenever they are doing service to your car if you ask. They even rented me a car once because they didn't have any service cars left. more
