I had a facial at the Dupont Circle location and it was by far the worst spa experience that I've ever had. So bad, in fact, that 10 minutes in I actually had to call the whole thing off. The clinician was understanding and didn't charge me for the treatment, but that absolutely didn't make up for the overall horror of the "spa".
Maybe Georgetown is better, but I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend. Or enemy.
