king's road beads is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over priced in everything they offer. awful awful customer service, if you can call it that; if the staff is so unhappy - why don't they work elsewhere? - i always wonder. i only shop king's road when i am desperate or need something ASAP. otherwise order online or go the bead shows. save yourself the headache & humiliation.
