6 months ago I returned a phone a day after I bought it through a credit card. I am still waiting for a refund. They were very nice when I was shopping, however, I've been given the runaround since I returned the phone (unopened!). They told me they could not give me a refund thru my credit card in the store. I have to wait for a check from the company itself. I'm still waiting!!
