I walked into pagecomm and i was approached. As soon as i said im just looking for an upgrade. The guy says let me know when you are ready to buy a phone. He was rude and i asked for the manager and he took his employee's side stating that if you dont like it , go to another store. We only help customers that do new activations. I have lodged a complaint to T-mobile also about this. more

Best Tmobile Store 1/30/2011

Terrible company! 4/2/2010

I received a phone as a gift. The receipt was CLEARLY marked "Customer may return phone." They don't do refunds but send a check, or so they claim. I've been waiting for 3 months now and every time I talk to them I get, "I sent an email. You should get it soon." Do NOT give them your business. more

Bad Experience 9/10/2008

6 months ago I returned a phone a day after I bought it through a credit card. I am still waiting for a refund. They were very nice when I was shopping, however, I've been given the runaround since I returned the phone (unopened!). They told me they could not give me a refund thru my credit card in the store. I have to wait for a check from the company itself. I'm still waiting!! more

Cell Phone Store 4/22/2006

This is another place I check out in Lincolnwood mall for cell phone plans. This store offers service for both t-mobile and sprint. The two guys working at the store were really nice and compared a variety of plans from both providers for me. They were even willing to call the companies and find out extra details for me. I liked the service here and if I choose to go through t-mobile or sprint, I would definitely choose this store! more
