When my appliance was delivered, the filter part sent was different than what was ordered and paid for. It didn't fit. Installer said he'd talk to salesperson, get correct one and return. Next day, salesman called and scheduled for correct part to be delivered. When no one showed up for new appointment, I called to find that appointment was never written down and the part was not even in stock.
I always try to buy from small, independent stores--not big chains--but will never buy from SK Lavery again.
