I bought 5 sets of Michlins there over the years and tried to get a oil change a rotation and was told on 2 occasions it will be a 3 hour wait and on the third to leave the car over night. I could not believe that I did business here. I listened to the mngr lie to a lady about here expected time to wait.
I see why they only service the new tire customers & discourage the existing ones so they don't have to honor the warrantee because your not on record of rotaing the new tires. This place service sucks.
