Great service and results 2/18/2009

Thanks to the recent potholes I took my car to NTB in Niles, IL with two flat tires. They helped me immediately, called around for replacement wheels (mine were ruined)and found the cheapest way to repair and replace wheels and tires. Great service and results! more

Customer sevrice sucks 11/20/2008

I bought 5 sets of Michlins there over the years and tried to get a oil change a rotation and was told on 2 occasions it will be a 3 hour wait and on the third to leave the car over night. I could not believe that I did business here. I listened to the mngr lie to a lady about here expected time to wait. I see why they only service the new tire customers & discourage the existing ones so they don't have to honor the warrantee because your not on record of rotaing the new tires. This place service sucks. more

Waste of time 1/2/2007

Tried to special order tires through this store. Took over an hour and several employees to figure out how to place an order. After receiving multiple phone calls indicating that my tires had arrived, the employees could not find the tires. Took 2.5 h to have the tires installed and balanced, and the tires were not balanced correctly. Horrible vibrations and visible shaking while driving on the highway. Took the car to another NTB to have the tires rebalanced. The employees there said that the one tire had 5 weights on it and it didn't actually need any! The other 3 tires also were improperly balanced. NTB in Niles is disorganized and unreliable. Order tires from Tire Kingdom and you'll save money! more
