We had happily taken our Golden Retriever to Muddy Paws for a few years, only to learn that they have a new policy where they refused to take dogs over 10 yrs old. Our healthy-not-on-any-medicine "old" Golden Retriever is almost 12. How disappointing that they have chosen to make this policy change due to one situation where a sick older dog passed away. If you plan to care for your dog for the rest of his/her life, do not use Muddy Paws.
