The office staff at Springfield Children's Clinic leave little to be desired. They are rude and seem to care more about collecting your co-pay than they do about their patients. The only front office staff member that makes you feel like she cares about you is Kelly. The pediatrician that my children saw for a long time (Dr. McAllister-Brooks) left a few months ago - she was awesome! I haven't found anyone at the clinic that I am truly happy with.
