Find Another Pediatrician's Office 11/4/2008

The office staff at Springfield Children's Clinic leave little to be desired. They are rude and seem to care more about collecting your co-pay than they do about their patients. The only front office staff member that makes you feel like she cares about you is Kelly. The pediatrician that my children saw for a long time (Dr. McAllister-Brooks) left a few months ago - she was awesome! I haven't found anyone at the clinic that I am truly happy with. more

Springfield Children's Clinic 10/23/2005

The office staff keep the sick patients on one side and the well patients on the other. The wait time is minimal. The appointment times are made quickly. There are conscious of privacy issues. The patient will get a story book after a visit. The staff spends time explaining everything and making sure you understand every thing before you leave. more
