The facility is dirty and their staff is rude. They held my dog there for over 9 hours and when I went to pick him up he was crying and terrified. It was all I could do to keep him from running out the front door. I had to pick him up he was so terrified. I have no idea what went on at this groomers, but I have NEVER experienced anything like that when picking my dog up from ANY other groomers. NEVER visit this facility for grooming, a kennel stay, or anything else they do -- you have been warned.
