I was very skeptical to get a trainer at first; I thought, why pay for a cheerleader? I don't need one. But then I met Jay. I have been working with Jay for the past 3yrs, and it was only when I started working with Jay that I saw results. I have always been an exercise-nut, but I never saw the exact results I wanted. I was never over-weight, but I was not 100% satisfied with my overall appearance and frankly, my overall well-being. And nothing I did seemed to make a difference. I wanted to tone-up, increase my energy and better my health. For my toning goals, I would tell Jay specifically what I wanted, sadly (or not!) using celebrities as examples, and honestly, I would reach those results. I literally had friends and family members tell me I had lost weight and looked ""terrific."" People at the gym and people I would randomly meet would ask me how much I worked out, what I did, AND if I was on some insane diet! Never been on a diet, never will be. In fact, I eat more and I eat better. Now, I work out less. Now, I am happier and healthier. Jay not only gave me an exercise program that fit with my work schedule, he also helped with my nutrition, teaching me the importance of what I eat. But besides all this, the best thing about Jay is that he is a genuine guy who does this for one honest reason: to give you your goal...as long as you work for it. But really, a goal worth reaching isn't easy, or else it wouldn't be worth getting. I would reccommend Jay to anyone and everyone.
