I have been working out with Jay for over one year. Before I started working out with Jay, I was 240lbs, 40 inch waist, and limited with my flexibility. Since I have started working out with Jay, I have lost close to 40LBS, lost 4 inches in my waist, and built stamina. I recently broke my ankle, in which I had to have surgery. Initially I was told to plan to stay the night, as there was a couple of activates that I needed to do, and probably would not be able to do them until the next day. I was required to climb stairs with my cast, and walk hallways of the hospital before I would be released from there. I completed these activities in the early afternoon of the day of my surgery. The doctor and physical therapist has said that if I was not in good shape (I am not in great shape, but I am getting there with Jay), I would not have been able to complete these requirements that day. If I had to do that a year ago, I would not been able to do this on the afternoon of my surgery (thanks to Jay) and be released from the hospital the day of my surgery.
