I am absolutely in love with I love kickboxing. It is the BEST way to get an effective fun workout. It's never hard to exercise when it's FUN. Not only do I get a powerful workout with results but I have met some of the best people in my fit family. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. Thank you ILKB. more

ILKB - Glen Allen - So Worth The Effort!!! 2/28/2020

I’m not going to lie… the first 15 minutes are painful (HITT warm-up). After that, it’s just FUN!!! Six rounds of kickboxing on a bag, with full punches and kicks. The combinations are different for each round and the rounds are different every day… there is no getting bored with this program! I Love Kickboxing has finally gotten me to a) enjoy exercising and b) continue to exercise. I’ve shed both pounds and inches… but most importantly, I’ve shed excuses to not exercise. I highly recommend ILKB to everyone! Try it once, you’ll be hooked!!! more

Amazing workout 2/3/2020

I am not a "gym rat" by any means but this place is amazing! Within a few weeks the staff knew my name and always greet each member and encourage you. There is such great energy from the staff and other members! more
