I’m not going to lie… the first 15 minutes are painful (HITT warm-up). After that, it’s just FUN!!! Six rounds of kickboxing on a bag, with full punches and kicks. The combinations are different for each round and the rounds are different every day… there is no getting bored with this program!
I Love Kickboxing has finally gotten me to a) enjoy exercising and b) continue to exercise. I’ve shed both pounds and inches… but most importantly, I’ve shed excuses to not exercise.
I highly recommend ILKB to everyone! Try it once, you’ll be hooked!!!
