I needed to lose about 33lbs, its December 13th, its cold, I am unmotivated to start hitting the gym hard so that I can reach my goal and look decent for the summer. What do I do? I go to ILOVEKICKBOXING! What does that do? That gives me motivated instructors who get me going and give me an invigorating FULL body workout melting about 500calories per hour session! Since Dec 15th till today I have lost 30lbs and counting, cant wait for summer! New goal is to lose 50lbs in 5months!\r
