Isai serviced our air conditioner today through the LADWP AC Optimization Program. He was thorough and very professional. He answered all of our questions and did a great job for us. I highly recommend Isai and the entire iComfort team. more

Always professional 4/5/2019

We have been using iComfort for many years for servicing and had also replaced our HVAC unit with them. They were always professional and fairly priced. Their technician James Henry was on time and did the spring servicing. He is highly recommended. more

Great Service 3/21/2019

Corey did a great job in servicing my AC unit as part of the AC Optimization program with LADWP. After installing the new Nest thermostat, he walked me thru the menu and helped me install the app on my phone. more

Great service and knowledgeable employees 3/10/2019

The technician arrived on schedule and informed us of what he would be doing and then proceeded to do the job changing filters and checking air conditioning units and heating units in the attic. He gave us a final update and let us know that our system was in good shape. He was very professional and efficient more

A/C Service / Installation 12/26/2018

I had iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning come out for the LADWP A/C service program with the smart thermostat and i could not be more pleased. Isah Martinez was our service technician and he was great! He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and clean! He helped us every step of the way. I miss seeing George but the team that comes is always courteous, clean, and neat and leave the area as they found it after making any necessary adjustments and doing any necessary service. Have always been very comfortable with the firm dedication to doing it right down to the last detail. Have referred them to many friends in the area. more

Isaiah gave great service! 9/24/2018

Isaiah not only had his own shoe covers to protect my carpet, he was courteous throughout. He fully explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, to educate me and to alleviate any ignorance. He was efficient and knew his stuff. His orientation on the new "smart thermostat" was excellent, being well practiced, thought out and delivered. He will be my first choice for future service. Great service! 9/21/2018

Isai was on time, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He checked the unit outside and gave me a complete rundown on my unit. He then installed the Nest Thermostat. He went over everything and showed me how to use both the unit and made sure it was connected to my wifi. I love the new Thermostat. I'm glad I used the LADWP AC Optimization Program. But mostly I'm glad I went with iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this service and will be using this company again. more

Corey and his team were incredibly professional. they called on their way and did the job quickly and cost thousands less than the other three quotes. I was refered to them thru the dwp program and had a very good experience and instant follow up with clean filters and progress checking the equipment. I am very pleased to recommend this business and give them an A+ more
