Isai was on time, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He checked the unit outside and gave me a complete rundown on my unit. He then installed the Nest Thermostat. He went over everything and showed me how to use both the unit and made sure it was connected to my wifi. I love the new Thermostat. I'm glad I used the LADWP AC Optimization Program. But mostly I'm glad I went with iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this service and will be using this company again.
