Corey from iComfort Heating came on time, wore booties on his shoes to keep my carpets clean, serviced my AC unit, explained everything he was doing and installed a new thermostat.
At every step of the service call, I was genuinely impressed with Corey's professionalism. He was well-dressed in the company uniform, courteous, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared with all the tools he required.
iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning should be proud of employees like Corey, as he was thorough in testing my AC system, did a thorough cleaning of the condenser coils, checked the temperature of all the wall and floor registers, checked the furnace, supplied the proper size filter and fully set up my replacement thermostat.
Corey was even careful enough to make sure and set up a box underneath the wall thermostat so that when removing it, any drilling debris or drywall particles would not end up on my floor! nice touch!
