An exceptional company 7/17/2019

I originally posted a review of iComfort when they installed a new air conditioning unit for me, and I was so impressed by their professionalism, and their old school attitude of actually regarding the customer as the most important component of their business. They returned to my home to replace our ancient air ducts in the attic. This was not an easy job and I was so impressed by Giovani's attitude in tackling this monumental task, and he explained that he thrives on the challenges that his work provides. I have forgotten the name of his companion who was also excellent as was Tim who had to make a follow up visit to complete the job. All the technicians we have dealt with are professional, respectful, and explain every aspect of the work in progress. They go above and beyond normal modern parameters in customer service and are exceptional ambassadors for the company. The price for the work they do is excellent and I will refer this company to my friends and neighbors. more

Corey was very helpful in getting me to evaluate my options for an A/C system. He offered suggestions after reviewing my current heating set-up. Knows his stuff. Currently waiting for proposal for two system evaluation as to which will be best for my needs. more

iComfort Heating & AC 7/10/2019

Corey came out to do a service of our AC and to install a more modern thermostat controller. I knew he was good as soon as he showed up on time, in charge of training a new employee and putting on booties when he entered. He was friendly, tidy and polite. He asked questions and explained steps and options. Everything was done at a steady careful pace and when he left everything was clean and the system worked. Awesome to find this level of attention to customer satisfaction. more

Timothy came out during the heat wave when our upstairs air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. After working a full day he still came to our house at 8:00pm and didn’t leave until three hours later when the unit was working and cooling down the house. He has since been out for a regular service call. He8s done a great job for us! more

Fixed AC problem 6/14/2019

No power to the Nest Thermostat, they found an AC contact board shorted out, fixed it just in time for the rest of the heat wave. Thanks. more

LADWP - AC Optimization Program 6/3/2019

Corey was just wonderful. I have been in the customer service industry for many years and it is very refreshing when you experience someone committed to their position. What was disappointing. The AC Optimization program was to include the filter replacement. At the companies request I provided the filter dimensions prior to my appointment. The technician did not have the correct size and advised me I would have to purchase my own. more

extremely disappointing 6/3/2019

I previously gave this company a 5 because they have always been responsive and fair. But I am so frustrated today I am giving them a 2. I scheduled an appointment for this morning and called in late to work and they never showed. When I called the office she said no one was scheduled. But that is not true! I am meticulous when keeping my calendar especially when I have to miss work to accommodate a service call. Also they charged my cc on the day I made the appointment for maintenance so clearly they would have scheduled something. They are now supposed to come this Friday instead so I will have to miss more work. Maybe they can redeem themselves. If not I will move on. more

Excellent service 4/24/2019

Corey, installed the Nest thermostat system in my home. Unfortunately, there were various issues with wiring from a previous A/C company, but he was persistent in finding the problem, going as far as climbing into the attic twice until he was able to get everything working properly. I truly appreciated his tenacity, patience and the long hours he spent making sure all was fixed. Additionally, he was very professional and answered all my questions with detailed explanations. Going forward, I will call Comfort Heating and Air for all my A/C needs and request Corey! more

We recently had 3 of our commercial A/C units serviced by iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning, and Isai took care of all our needs. he is very knowledge in his profession. came in serviced our units made some repairs and we are back in business, Kool as can be. Thanks Isai. more

The age when customers were treated fairly and with respect is long past, but icomfort embrace that ethic and I will take pleasure in recommending them to my friends and neighbors.They are highly efficient, courteous, considerate, thoroughly professional, and set a standard that others should take note of and follow. more

10 Star Service 4/22/2019

I have had such an unbelievable experience with this company - from the front office to the field tech. It is so nice that this level of service does exist. Asai was such an incredible gentlemen from the very knock on my front door. Respectful and kind. The best part is there was NO updsale. He did not push anything on me - not a new A/C - not a yearly maintenance - NOTHING. He was there to help with the program from DWP, which is free. I know one thing - when it is time to replace my A/C and Heating system I just can't imagine calling anyone else. Kathy more
