I previously gave this company a 5 because they have always been responsive and fair. But I am so frustrated today I am giving them a 2. I scheduled an appointment for this morning and called in late to work and they never showed. When I called the office she said no one was scheduled. But that is not true! I am meticulous when keeping my calendar especially when I have to miss work to accommodate a service call. Also they charged my cc on the day I made the appointment for maintenance so clearly they would have scheduled something. They are now supposed to come this Friday instead so I will have to miss more work. Maybe they can redeem themselves. If not I will move on.
