Corey came out to do a service of our AC and to install a more modern thermostat controller. I knew he was good as soon as he showed up on time, in charge of training a new employee and putting on booties when he entered.
He was friendly, tidy and polite. He asked questions and explained steps and options.
Everything was done at a steady careful pace and when he left everything was clean and the system worked.
Awesome to find this level of attention to customer satisfaction.
