Highly Recommended 5/17/2011

Ever since choosing to bring my business to Amata, I still get mad at myself for not doing it sooner! I started as a virtual tenant at one of the downtown locations, and even though my address was at one spot, I used three different facilities, (at no extra charge unlike their competitors). I was always pleased and each time I received many compliments from my clients. Since this impression made my company look so much larger than it was, we as a business then grew tremendously. Therefore, I worked with their sales and management team to transition smoothly from a part-time tenant, to full-time and have been very happy and pleased with their staff and services. I would not consider anywhere else to do my business and have referred it to many people through their referral program. I highly recommend Amata Office Centers!\r \r more

If you must have an office, and can't rent commercial space or work from home, go to Regus. They may have bad reviews, but this place is much, much worse. I have been a client of both, and must say, although bad, Regus is 100x better, and they surely won't charge as much. This place is a joke. They'll charge you 10x what you can do on your own, upcharge you on mailings, copying, and catering (not used, but so I hear). Frank has the absolute worst management style and attitude towards anyone who has a problem or requests the security deposit to be sent back on time (which it still isn't). These places are rip-offs, their facilities may be immaculate, but dealing with their customer service and management is horrendous when you are a client. more

too costly, management with an attitude 12/16/2010

Very costly for shared office space...which is a better phrase than saying what it is, desk in a oddly-temperature-controlled room with no view for $1500 per month. I could rent a three-bedroom apartment where I live for the price of this 8x10 office. They not only charge $250 per month for phone and internet service, but $50 per month for a filing cabinet! $50 a month! \r I got out as soon as I could. Management has the worst attitude once you are an actual client, Frank and Ron are of absolutely no help when you have a question or problem. \r You're better off working from home! Seriously, with all the technology and internet meetings nowadays, you don't need an office. more
