in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

If you must have an office, and can't rent commercial space or work from home, go to Regus. They may have bad reviews, but this place is much, much worse.
I have been a client of both, and must say, although bad, Regus is 100x better, and they surely won't charge as much.
This place is a joke. They'll charge you 10x what you can do on your own, upcharge you on mailings, copying, and catering (not used, but so I hear). Frank has the absolute worst management style and attitude towards anyone who has a problem or requests the security deposit to be sent back on time (which it still isn't).
These places are rip-offs, their facilities may be immaculate, but dealing with their customer service and management is horrendous when you are a client.
