From the moment I placed my call I received superior customer service. I was notified that the plumber was minutes away and Carlos was on the spot within an hour and a half of my call. Not only was the problem fixed very quickly but I received information all the way along from Carlos, along with hints and suggestions with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. ""Eight months ago my main drain was not draining quickly enough and I had some backup into the basement. Tommy Nelson of Zoom Plumbing cleaned out the roots and suggested additional work of replacing old clay tiles with PVC piping from the house to the city line. I didn't proceed with it at that time. A week ago on a Friday morning it happened again and I was due to leave for vacation the next day. I called Zoom plumbing and Tom C. was the first person I spoke to and he was very professional and helpful and understood my dilemma and pulled up the previous quote from 8 months ago. Tom was able to arrange for a crew to come out that day. A more extensive replacement was recommended and they complete it on the Saturday. The unfortunate part was that it meant that they would have to dig up a garden that had been landscaped the previous summer. They were reluctant to replant my shrubs but they said ok because I would not be around to replant and the shrubs would die as a result. When I got back a week later I was expecting a bit of a mess and was very pleasantly surprised how well everything looked including the garden. Tom came out the next day for me to sign off on the work and he took the time to show me the camera view of the drain work that had done. He also did a camera inspection going back into the house. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. By my rating, I am completely satisfied with everything they did I give them a “10”. Thanks."" John Bolton more

Our bathroom sink was slow draining for months and then finally just blocked right up. Tried to snake it out myself but just couldn't get to the block. Found Zoom Plumbing through a Google search. Watched the Youtube video. Decided to take a shot. Called up around 930 pm last night. Asked for an 830 am slot. They booked me in for Saturday morning which I was cool with. Then they called tonight and said they could send someone out tonight if we wanted. Said ""sure - why not."" Bobby came over. Super polite. Handed me his business card before coming in the door. Clean cut,Very professional. Puts on those little slip ons. I describe the situation. He treats my like an adult who more or less knows what I am talking about. And gets right to it. He snaked 35 feet of pipe. My little amateur snake is only 10 feet long and I was only able to get the snake 5 feet into the drain. Sure enough the blockage was a wod of hair the side of your hand. Very disgusting. As he filled the sink to test things out he carefully cleaned up everything and wiped down all the walls under the sink and then cleaned the sink. Now the drain works super well. ""We had not used Zoom Plumbing before June 2006. We had a flood in our Basement whilst we were away, and upon return found a complete mess. We called Zoom Plumbing from an ad in the yellow pages. The dispatcher was efficient, and told us he would have a worker at our home within an hour or two. Well I couldn't believe it when Tom showed up with his partner Carlos, what a great pair they are. Polite, helpful, funny, just the kind of guys we needed, because we were stressed. They used their camera equipment and located the problem which entailed the whole of the family room floor being torn up, and the front lawn as well. They gave us a price, we agreed and they started work the next day. We have never seen people work as well, and as efficiently, it was hot, they never complained. Unfortunately we found more work to be done at the rear of the house, the clay pipes had disintegrated from age, and all needed to be replaced, they gave us a most fair price for the additional work and completed it promptly We have since had Tom and Carlos back this year first for a plugged kitchen sink , and then for an under ground leak detection and repair today. Once again these guys were superior workmen, congenial, amusing, and they made the bill hurt even less. I Called Zoom plumbing in the morning and gave them a three hour window when I was available that day and they were able to work with that. They called a half hour before they were going to come and the technician arrived exactly at the specified time. The technician Bobby W. was polite and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and told me up front what the cost would be. He did the job he said he would and cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied with the work he performed. I needed a plumber in Dunwoody for my leaking water pipes. I had used Zoom Plumbing at my Brookhaven rental property for a clogged sewer drain and they did a remarkable job. I couldn’t believe how fast they got to my home. My first words to them was “You’re right on time, you guys are always punctual”. They quickly put their leak detection equipment to work and found two slab leaks under our bathroom floor. I was amazed at how fast they were able to find such a small leak and able to pinpoint it to within 6 inches. They gave me a written estimate and were able to start the work immediately. In about 4 hours the leaking pipes were repaired , the floor was replaced, the water was back on and all cleaned up like they were never here. Zoom Plumbing you are the greatest. Our sewer was backing up into our basement. I was terrified since I never had this problem before. I called Zoom Plumbing and the owner came out. Tom was well informed, polite and honest. He repaired the problem in our front yard and hydro jetted the rest of the sewer pipes, all for a very reasonable price. He then called the city who came and fixed the city side at no charge to me. Our rental property management company has worked with many professional trades people over the years. Anyone who has been in this business will tell you that good quality, reliable help is extremely difficult to find. Recently at one of our properties in East Point Georgia, we had the smell of gas in a laundry room near the rear of the house. After calling several other plumbers who couldn't fit us in their schedule until 4 days later, we decided to call Zoom Plumbing. Not only was the phone call answered by a live voice, not voice mail like the others, we were told that a gas leak is a very serious matter and we should immediately turn the gas off at the meter and a qualified plumber would be on the job site at 10:00 AM sharp the following morning. As advertised Zoom Plumbing was at the property location on time and proceeded to investigate the problem. The leak in the laundry room was located, repaired and to my amazement, Zoom, at no extra cost, checked all the other gas line connections in the house to include the kitchen stove and the furnace in the attic. Another leak was located at the kitchen at the stove connection, and that too was repaired. We smelled a gas leak on Sunday and atl gas shut off our gas that night. Monday morning we called about 4 plumbers looking for someone to perform a pressure test and leak detection. We quickly learned it's an expensive and complex job. Fortunately, our next call was zoom and he was able to come later that afternoon. His price was about 1/3 that of the others and he did the pressure test, detected the leaks and fixed the leaks in about 1.5 hours. Great service!! And his price was exactly what he told when I first called him! more

My wife and I called with a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. We were given a totally accurate ETA. Sure enough the plumber ?John arrived on time. He was friendly, methodical, polite...the works. He didn't promise that our issue wouldn't recur, because one of the pipes was in need of eventual replacement. Instead, he suggested that at some point, we have the pipe replaced to fix the situation. That honesty was refreshing. Zoom Plumbing is definitely a great company. 10/10 more

As a new homeowner, I wasn't thrilled when only 3 months later my toilet started overflowing any time I flushed the toilet, had a shower or simply ran the tap.
