Our rental property management company has worked with many professional trades people over the years. Anyone who has been in this business will tell you that good quality, reliable help is extremely difficult to find.
Recently at one of our properties in East Point Georgia, we had the smell of gas in a laundry room near the rear of the house. After calling several other plumbers who couldn't fit us in their schedule until 4 days later, we decided to call Zoom Plumbing. Not only was the phone call answered by a live voice, not voice mail like the others, we were told that a gas leak is a very serious matter and we should immediately turn the gas off at the meter and a qualified plumber would be on the job site at 10:00 AM sharp the following morning.
As advertised Zoom Plumbing was at the property location on time and proceeded to investigate the problem. The leak in the laundry room was located, repaired and to my amazement, Zoom, at no extra cost, checked all the other gas line connections in the house to include the kitchen stove and the furnace in the attic. Another leak was located at the kitchen at the stove connection, and that too was repaired.
I would highly suggest to anyone who wants immediate, quality work with a highly trained, courteous professional; call Zoom.
