""Eight months ago my main drain was not draining quickly enough and I had some backup into the basement. Tommy Nelson of Zoom Plumbing cleaned out the roots and suggested additional work of replacing old clay tiles with PVC piping from the house to the city line. I didn't proceed with it at that time. A week ago on a Friday morning it happened again and I was due to leave for vacation the next day. I called Zoom plumbing and Tom C. was the first person I spoke to and he was very professional and helpful and understood my dilemma and pulled up the previous quote from 8 months ago. Tom was able to arrange for a crew to come out that day. A more extensive replacement was recommended and they complete it on the Saturday. The unfortunate part was that it meant that they would have to dig up a garden that had been landscaped the previous summer. They were reluctant to replant my shrubs but they said ok because I would not be around to replant and the shrubs would die as a result. When I got back a week later I was expecting a bit of a mess and was very pleasantly surprised how well everything looked including the garden. Tom came out the next day for me to sign off on the work and he took the time to show me the camera view of the drain work that had done. He also did a camera inspection going back into the house. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. By my rating, I am completely satisfied with everything they did I give them a “10”. Thanks."" John Bolton
