Oil change and other matters 2/12/2014

I thought there might be a problem with my starter, and asked Mark to have the tech look into it. My cruise control also was not holding in the really cold weather, and I asked him to look into that. The tech found no problem with either, but did maintain the front brakes. So here is what made me satisfied: despite me thinking I had some problems I didn't have, Metro Ford did not "fix" something that didn't need fixing. I took my car in for an oil change and they said I need an air filter. Came back the next day and it was finished in min. Both my cars are serviced there and I have been a customer there for 20 plus years. more

Unexpected Warranty Work Needed, Satisfied Customer 2/6/2014

After having purchased a used Explorer at another dealership, some warranty work was needed that required me to take it to a Ford dealer to have it covered. I was impressed with how I was received, as well as how I was treated through the entire repair process. I’m sure I will be using Metro’s Service in the future. more

My wife and I were greeted promptly and introduced to a person to answer our questions. The salesperson was knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed. There was never any pressure. The showroom was spacious and clean. more

Quick, honest, and convenient 2/4/2014

Took my car in as it went into limp mode. Researched the problem and found the average pricing and brought my car in. Price was less than I figured and they even drive me across town to my work while they worked on my car. I recommend this dealership to anyone with a Ford. more
