We had a bathroom remodel down in 2012. Zellner replaced the pipes going from our house to the city sewer lines. In October of this year we noticed the pipes were not flowing as well and the water sometimes backed up in the house. We called rotorooter who came out with their camera and showed were the pipe had a downward bow in it and that was clogging up. I caller John and he agreed to come out take a look at it and if his work was the problem they would repair it at no cost, even though the pipe has been in the ground for over a year. His workers came out, dug up the old pipe, replaced it with new and covered up the line. As far as I am concerned John Zellner did exactly as he promised. He stood by his work and I appreciate that. more

I was recommended to him by someone and was tired of getting ripped off by other plumbers so when i had what looked to be a slab leak i called to have him come out and he cut 3 hideous holes in my walls trting to figure out what the issues was...he said i would need a drywall person to come fix that mess...after going on the roof stated that i had roots in my drain pipes in the front yard due to 2 large trees...so we scheduled for him to come out with a back hoe to dig it up only to find out that it was on JEA's side and he could not touch it....needless to say i still got stuck with the bill and an unfinished job...600.00 just for a grave plot in my front yard...he fixed the leak in bathroom by replacing only one handle also...wow was all that really worth multiple visit and a maxed out credit card....i think not! Very dissatisfied more

I used Zellner Plumming to replace our kitchen sink. The work (John I think his name was) was a total pro. I don't know much about Plumming but he took the time to explain my issues and what he was fixing. Left my house cleaner than it was when he got there to no honest with you. Charged me less than other quoted the job at and I am glad I used them. Would recommend this company to family. more

Zero Stars. Used Zellner's on a handyman's recommendation. Had a slab leak and instead of paying for the cost of repair I decided to have him repipe since I knew that was going to be needed soon anyway. Unfortunately because it was a sort of emergency situation I went with the trust of the recommendation instead of my research. After the job was poorly done and I had to get two plumbers out to give evaluations and estimates to correct the deficiencies. I submitted the list of deficiencies to John and he said he would be right out to get them fixed. After being continually blown off for 6 months I had to go to small claims court to get a judgement against him. I found that he did not get a permit for the work so he did not follow code, his company has not legally existed for years and process servers had to go to 4 different addresses to skip trace him and family members said they had not spoken with him in years. Needless to say after the time and cost to go through the process of suing him and processing wage garnishment that I have learned my lesson and know that the Zellner name is ruined. more
