Zero Stars. Used Zellner's on a handyman's recommendation. Had a slab leak and instead of paying for the cost of repair I decided to have him repipe since I knew that was going to be needed soon anyway. Unfortunately because it was a sort of emergency situation I went with the trust of the recommendation instead of my research. After the job was poorly done and I had to get two plumbers out to give evaluations and estimates to correct the deficiencies. I submitted the list of deficiencies to John and he said he would be right out to get them fixed. After being continually blown off for 6 months I had to go to small claims court to get a judgement against him. I found that he did not get a permit for the work so he did not follow code, his company has not legally existed for years and process servers had to go to 4 different addresses to skip trace him and family members said they had not spoken with him in years. Needless to say after the time and cost to go through the process of suing him and processing wage garnishment that I have learned my lesson and know that the Zellner name is ruined.
