Exposed brick and natural wood finishes complement the warm décor of this old urban coffee shop. Nestled in midst of Pioneer Square office towers and street shops, this gem is one of the few coffee shops in the downtown corridor open late (past 5pm) or on weekends. The coffee itself is true art from baristas that focus, not on getting you in and out, but, on the taste and presentation of your coffee. It should be noted that the chocolate for their mochas is provided by Dilettante Chocolates, a local gourmet chocolate company.
In addition to their coffee, they also offer an array of sandwich choices, salads, fruit, and a case of pastries. Be warned that they often run out of sandwiches after the lunch hour, so arrive early. Should you be alone or with inquisitive company, Zeitgeist also promotes local artists with monthly updated lit displays.
Pros: Dilettante Chocolate Mochas, Warm Atmosphere
Cons: Food Isn't Always Available, Slow Service
