Brian- This is a former groopie. You gave me some early lessons about coffee and roast profiles. My son and I own Metropolis Coffee Co in Chicago. I now know how much effort goes into maintaining quality after 2 and 1/2 years of roasting with running a a coffeehouse . Your place is great! You deserve all the success that you get.\r

The owner and staff are knowledgable and friendly; the feeling is wonderful, very much like my favorite places in Italy, France and yes, there's a Zeitgeist-looking place in Lima,Peru too. Hope to get back to Seattle soon and say hello, and enjoy a good cup.
