Give them a try they seem to know a lot about what they are doing more

These idiots wiped out my hard drive when they did the diagnostic, stay away from them, they will rip you off!!!! I took a PS3 in for a diagnostic, I had to wait over a day just to get an estimate (not same day like they claim), and wanted $160 for fixing the hdmi output. When I came over to pick it up I had to wait for an hour for them to put it back together (first bad sign). When I got it back, it was all dirty and scratched. Back home when I plugged it to my TV I saw that all my data was gone, I had 10 movies saved, gone, all my game data, gone!! So basically I paid these morons $20 to have them wipe out my data. more

SCAM ARTISTS LOST ALL MY FILES. 4/17/2012

BEWARE THEY WRITE FAKE REVIEWS all over the net to boost their ratings. As proof they even wrote a fake review pretending to be me. You should take every positive review with a grain of salt. These people took it upon themselves to wipe my PC clean of ALL data after I specifically stated on 2 different occasions that I NEEDED all files backed up. The ?tech? admitted that he was told to erase everything, but later he and the ?manager? changed their story to ?the virus corrupted your hard drive so there was no way to save your files?. A reputable company would know to call the customer and get approval before taking this drastic action. I was NEVER called or notified. They made the decision to erase everything in order to ?fix? my computer without EVER consulting me and still charged me (read: robbed me) of the full original amount of $147.00. Recap: (1) I?ve lost all my files. (2) I got scammed out of $147.00 (3) My ?fixed? computer NOW constantly freezes and runs absurdly slow. more

Friend gave me his old laptop didn't wanna put any money in 4/8/2012

Decided to take it to zcomputerwiz in north miami beach since it was the closet location to reload everything to be brand new . Charged me 35 dollars to reload windows and they put extra software which was really surprising im glad I used them ended up saving lots instead of going to best buy which were charge way to much. more

Computer Wiz NMB wrst computer repair business EVER!!! 4/5/2012

Worse experience of my life!! Ima explain how corrupt & unprofessional this business is. I came to this store to get my laptop fixed. I paid $130. While I was there I bought a $100 pair of Beats by Dre earbuds. The earbuds stop working within 48 hours. They told be they wouldnt fix them & it wasnt there problem. Then after a week I finally got my computer back. Within one day it was doing things it never done before. Freezing & making crazy sounds & shutting off. I brought it back & they tried to make me pay more! I objected & told them you did not fix my computer. They then agreed to take it again, & said it will be fixed. After another week went by I finally got it back. They told me if theres any problems within 30 days theyd refund my money. Within 24 hours it was doing even worse & now completely doesnt work! We called & told them we wanted our money back & a manager Derrick got on the phone & said they didnt do refunds! & called me a lying fool. Completely unprofessional & corrupt! If you do business with these people & have read this review, your a fool & have been warned! more

Cheap prices warm friendly attitude to me. High tech store 4/4/2012

Cheap prices, after going down 163 rd st I went to several computer stores finally zzzzzzcomputerwiz caught my eye with their bright a$$ yellow building my MacBook had a broken screen and a bad hard disk a lot of places where telling me it wasn't worth repair or they don't work on Mac. I took it in they were very patient with me as I explained the situation they told me to leave it so I did they gave me a printed receipt they called me with the price I was shocked because all the other places were charging an arm and a leg and they told me my hard disk was repairable and the screen they had in stock. I feel that the other computer repair centers need to get their act together. A lot are dirty and disorganized z computer wiz was completely different very clean very high tech ,and very friendly people more

Clean Friendly organized 9/14/2011

I did a lot of shopping around to find the best deal. All the other repair shops were dirty and overpricing. I was driving one day and I spotted this bright yellow and purple building call computer wiz. I stoped by to see if they gcould give me a good deal on a replace screen for my laptop. I thought they taxed me, but when I went to the other place it was more more. I wentback to them and had them replace it, and all I can say is superior service. My screen looks great and the helpfulness i recieved from them just goes to show that their are still great companies out there that look out for their customers. Great Job you guys. more

Best Price Best Service really helpful staff 9/11/2011

Talk about fast service, I was reading around looking for somewhere close to repair apple macbook, first off I wanna say they guys in the front are very helpful, they know what their talking about. I dropped my computer off and within an hour a got a call with the price and I aprroved and got another called 1 hr 30 mins later. This place id very organize and extremely clean. Must say they have a good cleaning staff. I love their fish tank my kids went crazy describing fish i never even knew about. I can't speak for the other person but I got the best service any company can give. I hope to you guys grow, keep up the great work you guys, and remeber you can't please everyone so keep your head up more

Terrible service and incompetent technicians 9/8/2011

Warning!!! Do not waste your time here... the owner is a drug addict, he could not even make one coherent sentence while I waited for my system to be returned to me. The sales people are also under the influence of something. I gave them a computer(notebook) to fix with no cosmetic damage and they returned the computer with a crack on the the top(lcd). Then they wanted to charge me to fix that when they couldn't even fix the first problem which was a software issue!!! I left the store so they could fix it and I returned and its like they completely forgot who I was, I left again and they are charging me for the crack like that was the main issue... I wanted to speak to the manager but he was hiding in his office, apparently to ""high"" to come out and face the customer. This place is bad in so many levels, I had a computer fixed by them before and I did not learn my lesson. Please do not go to this place. Its scary how bad they are!!! more

If you want honest and cheap repair go to computer wiz 7/13/2011

This is a real str8 forward company, had my mac repaired there need a back piece for the screen the metal mac part with the apple logo they ordered my part and installed it took them only 2 days. I was pretty shocked 2 days to get the part and install it. Great Job, I let everyone at work know about you guys, im gonna put the word out there you don't unstand what life savers you guys are more

Thought I was gonna be spending a lot of money to get my Macs back screen part replaced it has a dent from me hitting it hard in the bag, they ordered the part and in 2 days they called me to let me know it was ready. You guys are the best more

Great Overall Experience 7/2/2011

Felt like I was walking into bestbuy; really organized, very clean. Usually I would go to my friend that fixes my computers but he doesn't have the windows 7. Went to geek squad their charging an arm an d leg. Brought my offices desktops in for upgrades got 5 upgraded for the same price geek squad priced for one. Thank you guys you all are great look forward to a closer location. Im all the way in tim buck too broward more
