Worse experience of my life!! Ima explain how corrupt & unprofessional this business is. I came to this store to get my laptop fixed. I paid $130. While I was there I bought a $100 pair of Beats by Dre earbuds. The earbuds stop working within 48 hours. They told be they wouldnt fix them & it wasnt there problem. Then after a week I finally got my computer back. Within one day it was doing things it never done before. Freezing & making crazy sounds & shutting off. I brought it back & they tried to make me pay more! I objected & told them you did not fix my computer. They then agreed to take it again, & said it will be fixed. After another week went by I finally got it back. They told me if theres any problems within 30 days theyd refund my money. Within 24 hours it was doing even worse & now completely doesnt work! We called & told them we wanted our money back & a manager Derrick got on the phone & said they didnt do refunds! & called me a lying fool. Completely unprofessional & corrupt! If you do business with these people & have read this review, your a fool & have been warned!
