Review content:
BEWARE THEY WRITE FAKE REVIEWS all over the net to boost their ratings. As proof they even wrote a fake review pretending to be me. You should take every positive review with a grain of salt. These people took it upon themselves to wipe my PC clean of ALL data after I specifically stated on 2 different occasions that I NEEDED all files backed up. The ?tech? admitted that he was told to erase everything, but later he and the ?manager? changed their story to ?the virus corrupted your hard drive so there was no way to save your files?. A reputable company would know to call the customer and get approval before taking this drastic action. I was NEVER called or notified. They made the decision to erase everything in order to ?fix? my computer without EVER consulting me and still charged me (read: robbed me) of the full original amount of $147.00.
Recap: (1) I?ve lost all my files. (2) I got scammed out of $147.00 (3) My ?fixed? computer NOW constantly freezes and runs absurdly slow.
