Fantastic location! So close to famed restaurants and bars in center city. I chose this place on my first time to Philly and I couldn't be happier about this decision. The manager is super nice and patient and attentive, and I won't enjoy my stay without her help. I will definitely go back on my next visit. more

For the money, this was a super place to put up family from out of town for a week. We called, while on the road, just a few days in advance of our needing a place for my mother and sister-in-law to stay upon our return to Philly, and Yannie got back to me immediately, honored the price that I found online, and provided a clean, beautifully furnished apartment in a fantastic Chinatown location surrounded by lots of activity, and near the awesome Reading Terminal Market, subway/bus routes, etc. I'll admit that due to language/culture differences, it could have been a little bit smoother, but it was nothing that couldn't be overcome with a bit of extra patience, politeness, persistence, empathy and a strong back-bone. In fact, I've already recommended this place to others, and look forward to putting up family here again whenever they return. And if we're ever in a jam, and need a great furnished place, at a great price, in a fun, convenient location, I am calling/texting Yannie @ Z-Rank. more

We all know Denisa is aka Z rankhouse aka Yannie aka someone from the management office. We're American! You can't fool us!! Try again. You can't have a bad reputation if it's all false. If everything anyone has said bad about this place was false, then you guys have nothing to worry about, right?? So instead of making up false reviews acting like satisfied customers, you guys need to fire Yannie because she is bringing your company down and dragging it in the dirt! My kids and I will not miss this place and all we ever asked for was to be respected and you've failed to do that! DO YOUR PART AND BE BETTER. That's it! Do a better job and stop passing the buck as if you're not at fault!I first went into this place thinking it was phenomenal however, dealing with Tony Chen & Yannie, who by the way is a manipulative, conniving, terrible property manager. She is rude and doesn't know how to properly talk to people nor does she know how to do her job correctly. She threatens her tenants and she should be deported! This apartment building is infested with rats, centipedes and Mosquitos. The bathroom tiles have crashed down on my kids. The electricity goes out at least 5 times a month. There are leaks in the boiler room which leak from the apartment above us. We've been threatened by staff and don't feel safe in our own home. We have found another place to live but I will yell to the mountain top how awful this place is. DO NOT STAY HERE. more

Great location! The apartment is super convenient to Convention center, Rittenhouse Sq, chinatown, but station , city hall, which appears to be the most lively/fun neighborhood of Philly - great restaurants and shops all right there. The apt. is also within walking distance to everything you need! Yannie made the process easy to get access to the apt. and communicated well throughout the process. The apt. is well stocked with towells. If I was going to quibble about anything, it might be the ""awesome view""? LOVE the Management more

We have stayed at 917 Arch Street for a total of three times as short term renters, often for two weeks at a stretch. The apartments are modern with a refrigerator and dishwasher. It is conveniently located in center city philadelphia on the border of chinatown. As a result it is easy to get to many Phiadelphia attractions from here. The main downside to the apartments (at least as a short term renter for whom signing a new internet contract is not worth it) is the lack of internet and cable. The last time I stayed they provided silverware, bowls and plates. It would have been nice to have some pots and pans. Otherwise the management is generally responsive to our concerns. more

Management office is responsive. They emailed me back 2 hours after I reported an issue in my apt. The manager is kind and welcoming every time I walk into the management office, and she has taken a real interest into the apartment community. It’s been a good experience living in here. more

Thanks Craig!!!!! LANDMARK!!!!! This lady is horrible at representing you. Kick her out of the building before its emty. The worst management company of everyone's history that lives here. I mean absolutely terrible. Thanks Craig!!!! Zrank is giving out false personal information about their tenants to other tenants which is totally against the law. I can't wait to tell my lawyer about this. YAAYYYYY more

Very bad management company. These bunch of Chinese are non professional in dealing with the clients. I am sure most tenants feel the same the way they do business here. Yannie the manager is an arrogant lady. I will definitely will not renew the lease because it's just not worth the money you pay for. more
