We all know Denisa is aka Z rankhouse aka Yannie aka someone from the management office. We're American! You can't fool us!! Try again. You can't have a bad reputation if it's all false. If everything anyone has said bad about this place was false, then you guys have nothing to worry about, right?? So instead of making up false reviews acting like satisfied customers, you guys need to fire Yannie because she is bringing your company down and dragging it in the dirt! My kids and I will not miss this place and all we ever asked for was to be respected and you've failed to do that! DO YOUR PART AND BE BETTER. That's it! Do a better job and stop passing the buck as if you're not at fault!I first went into this place thinking it was phenomenal however, dealing with Tony Chen & Yannie, who by the way is a manipulative, conniving, terrible property manager. She is rude and doesn't know how to properly talk to people nor does she know how to do her job correctly. She threatens her tenants and she should be deported! This apartment building is infested with rats, centipedes and Mosquitos. The bathroom tiles have crashed down on my kids. The electricity goes out at least 5 times a month. There are leaks in the boiler room which leak from the apartment above us. We've been threatened by staff and don't feel safe in our own home. We have found another place to live but I will yell to the mountain top how awful this place is. DO NOT STAY HERE.
