I recently took my Flat Coated Retriever to this place. Their knowledge on this not so common breed was very impressive, as well as their pet styling. I have been looking for a place for a while as many groomers in this area are unfamiliar with my breed. I am very excited to finally find a place for Mackey. I will be back. more

Reviews\r I have a very old dog (16) named Cassie. She is not nice so I am a little leery of leaving her in new places. However, since we moved states, I didn't have a choice. I found everyone to be friendly both when I called on the phone to check prices and during my visit. Cassie did very well while she was there. (that's what the groomer said and the report card anyway) I enjoyed my visit think Cassie did too. Plus their prices were cheaper than PetCo and the place in Lake St. Louis after I added up everything I wanted Cassie to get. more

I took my Boston Terrier and Standard Poodle in there for a day of playcamp to use their grooming services. Benny was cut just the way I asked them. (I don't like for him to look like a Poodle) and Mario got the shedless. I was very happy with all of the services provided. more

i Had an appointment with them set up for 2 weeks. when I went there they told me I didnt have an apt! and on top of that the services I wanted where off of thier site and no one knew what I was talking about! they where also very rude and not helpful. I will never go there again for anything! more

This place was really cool. I boarded Buster over Thanksgiving. He was really realaxed when he came home, and I'm pretty sure he was cleaner than when I dropped him off. Cool set of Chicks up there. more

I have gone here twice & hoped to make it my dog's permanent groomer. The first time she had a nice even clip but scratched constantly - shampoo not completely rinsed out is my guess. The second time the job was very uneven, her face was not done (I had clipped it a few days prior but expected a pro clean-shaven face when I picked her up -- NOT), and she was not completely dry so she looked ungroomed very quickly. I called to try to work out a 2nd appt to clean her up and the owner didn't even bother to return my call. I used the same groomer for many years prior to moving here and I am very disappointed that I must find another - I had hoped this would be the right place for me. Sorry to say this place appears to have deteriorated in the last couple of years. There is a smell of dog kennels in the morning when you drop off your dog. My dog has been done well part of the time and rather poorly also. A friend also brought her dog in and was happy the lst time but had a dog which was still damp underneath the second time, so she had to take it to be groomed much sooner than normal (she changed groomers). Perhaps they have too many dogs to do; I don't know but at premium prices I expect premium results, not a face with uneven clipping, and damp underneath. I have been going to this groomer since I first purchased our pups. They are the best and offer an amazing variety of services. I have used everything from the blueberry facial to day camp and boarding. I have had nothing but positive experiences and they are so good with our dogs. This is a must if you are someone who treats your dog like your own baby and wants them to have the best care! I have taken my dogs to a lot of groomers but the ladies here are the best. They are so nice, you can see into the grooming areas when you walk in and they have these little holding areas that look like little house. I was very impressed about how clean and ""happy"" the place looks. They offer so many different special treatments you can get for your pet as a treat. They shed x included in the cost. I could not put into words how great this place is. I have told my friends about it and they have started telling theirs. Pros: The ambience and personalities of the ladies Cons: Never had one more
