Sorry to say this place appears to have deteriorated in the last couple of years. There is a smell of dog kennels in the morning when you drop off your dog. My dog has been done well part of the time and rather poorly also. A friend also brought her dog in and was happy the lst time but had a dog which was still damp underneath the second time, so she had to take it to be groomed much sooner than normal (she changed groomers). Perhaps they have too many dogs to do; I don't know but at premium prices I expect premium results, not a face with uneven clipping, and damp underneath.

Cons: uneven grooming; urine smell
