I have a very old dog (16) named Cassie. She is not nice so I am a little leery of leaving her in new places. However, since we moved states, I didn't have a choice. I found everyone to be friendly both when I called on the phone to check prices and during my visit. Cassie did very well while she was there. (that's what the groomer said and the report card anyway) I enjoyed my visit think Cassie did too. Plus their prices were cheaper than PetCo and the place in Lake St. Louis after I added up everything I wanted Cassie to get.
