We went to Young's because my wife bought all of her kitchen appliances there in the 1970's and had excellent service. Our experience this November was completely different. Customer service ended when the general manager, yes general manager, ran our credit card through the reader. The refrigerator that we wanted was "on a truck" and could be delivered in "a few days". The delivery ended up taking 2 weeks to the day. Never once during this period did we receive one single call from any Young's employee. All calls, and there were many, were made by us. When the frig was delivered the emblem was very crooked and this took an additional month to get resolved. Again, Young's did not call us to tell us that the emblem had arrived or to schedule installation. Finally got a call to confirm service that was already scheduled by us.
We feel that Home Depot would have given us better customer service than Young's did.
