Extremely unprofessional, run-down office, AVOID 3/16/2011

First time client, Front desk staff are very rude, slow and over charge customers at check-in. After waiting 35 Minutes to be seen, they informed me the doctor was running behind and they could re-schedule if I did not want to wait. AFTER all of this the told me that I would have to pay 100% of the cost and my insurance company would send a reimbursement because THEIR claims system was down and they were understaffed. AVOID! more

large number of doctors 9/9/2005

There are a good number of doctors here, but it can be difficult to make an appointment if you work 9-5. The waiting room is very nice and they have a shop to purchase eyeglasses attached. The technicians are friendly and are willing to spend time with you. One technician spent almost an hour with me teaching me to use contacts. more
