First time client, Front desk staff are very rude, slow and over charge customers at check-in. After waiting 35 Minutes to be seen, they informed me the doctor was running behind and they could re-schedule if I did not want to wait. AFTER all of this the told me that I would have to pay 100% of the cost and my insurance company would send a reimbursement because THEIR claims system was down and they were understaffed. AVOID!
